ELITE CLASSICAL TRAINING
For students with serious musical aspirations, the Elite Classical Training program offers rigorous and personalized instruction in classical piano. Designed for those preparing for competitive exams like Certificate of Merit (CM) or ABRSM, university auditions, or conservatory entrance, this program emphasizes technical mastery, deep musical understanding, and stage-ready confidence. Students will work on advanced repertoire, performance skills, music theory, ear training, and sight-reading — all while developing the discipline and artistry expected of concert pianists and professional musicians.
VOICE & ENSEMBLE
Private voice lessons and small ensemble choir for students of all ages. Learn healthy vocal production, explore various styles, and develop your unique sound. Join our community outreach performances in churches, senior centers, and local events.
Meet Gigi
Founder of Laws of Applause
At 3 years old, Gigi saw the child prodigy violinist Stefan Milenkovic play for President Reagan at the White House. Inspired, she asked for a violin. Her parents had a piano — and the rest is history.
With 13 international piano competition wins, Gigi entered conservatory in Belgrade at 14, earned her bachelor’s at 18, master’s at 20, and second master’s from the prestigious Eastman School of Music at 22. During her doctorate program in Piano Performance & Literature, she studied under the renowned Dr. Barry Snyder.
Gigi has performed with icons like Stefan Milenkovic, Milena Kitic, and at fundraising concerts with Vlade Divac, Nick Vujicic, Milan Panić, and Crown Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia.
She founded Laws of Applause Studio in the early 2000s, first in New York, then Orange County, and finally Fair Oaks in 2016. She also taught at Lafitte Music Center and Folsom Piano Academy, mentoring students who now perform internationally, teach, won international piano competitions, or major in music at elite conservatories.
Since 2017, Gigi has directed the choir at the Eastern Orthodox Christian Church in Fair Oaks. She also led California-wide choirs in 2008 during a historic visit of the Serbian Patriarch to the U.S.
